Mona Fairless
I am the owner and coach at this center. We opened in the fall of 2010. My coaches and myself have attended every year the Advanced Training that Ideal protein graciously provides to us. I have total loved working with clients through the tough time and the good time of their weight loss journey. My past experience was a hot lunch cook at my son school then went into catering. We really enjoy coming up with new recipes and having our taster nights here. I love food so this is totally up my line to make good healthy foods.
